The Eloise wedding venue celebrated the beginning of its construction with a groundbreaking and champagne toast on Saturday, February 8.

Owners Ben and Stacey Martinelli, a husband and wife team, named the year-round wedding venue after Stacey’s grandmother Eloise. The two story, 11,531 square foot structure on County Highway JG south of Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, will feature indoor and outdoor ceremony sites and offer the perfect combination of romantic charm and elegance.

“This has been a crazy journey for Ben and I, and we are sincerely honored to be a part of such an amazing community like Blue Mounds and Mount Horeb,” said Stacey Martinelli, owner of The Eloise. “We put our love and passion into designing ‘The Eloise’ with the vision of helping our clients create everlasting memories of love, laughter, and happiness. We hope to bring a positive impact to our community and the clients we serve. Thank you National Construction for making this dream a reality.”

The venue is accepting bookings beginning in September.

The first floor includes a banquet hall accommodating 250 people, storage, an office, bathrooms, a bar, a prep kitchen and a wall of windows that look over a patio and forest. The second floor will include a ceremony space accommodating 200 people and two private wedding party suites with a lounge, hair and makeup stations, private bathrooms, and changing areas.
