National Construction is remodeling 12,000 square feet for Blue Plate Catering. The new space will include a commercial kitchen and a cold prep kitchen with coolers, plus dishwashing, loading, and packing areas. Further improvements will include a tasting room, a bar, and an event venue. Other updates will be offices, restrooms and a breakroom, plus storage and conference rooms. These improvements will allow Blue Plate Catering to expand its operations while more efficiently serving its customers.
