General contractor remodels former bank into its new headquarters to improve team collaboration and regional visibility
JG Development’s residential and commercial teams collaborated to design and renovate a former bank into a new office with ample space for its team and collaboration with clients and partners.

The building brought together employees who were working from multiple office locations and was designed to accommodate future growth. The company’s productivity and employee engagement have both increased, and the office was able to accommodate additional employees when JG Development acquired Supreme Structures a year later.
The centerpiece of the renovation is the Design Center, with reception space and three distinct but flexible meeting spaces – complete with a bank vault turned speakeasy.

JG Development’s residential team includes project and interior designers, who took the lead on the redesign in collaboration with its commercial division National Construction’s operations team. The 17,000 square foot remodeled space also allows the team to showcase its design capabilities and craftsmanship, as well as products from key partners.
