The two story, 11,531 square foot venue will feature indoor and outdoor ceremony sites and offer the perfect combination of romantic charm and elegance. The first floor includes a banquet hall accommodating 250 people, storage, an office, bathrooms, a bar, a prep kitchen and a wall of windows that look over a patio and forest. The second floor includes a ceremony space accommodating 200 people and two private wedding party suites with a lounge, hair and makeup stations, private bathrooms, and changing areas.

National Construction is remodeling an unoccupied space attached to the SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital – Madison into an emergency medical services (EMS) training facility and workspace. The renovation will create offices with multiple workstations, a large classroom with partitions, bathrooms, a lobby, a medical emergency physician (MEP) conference room/office, storage, mechanicals and janitor space.

The hotel will feature 85 rooms and all of the standard hotel amenities including a bar, breakfast area with pantry, and pool, hot tub and fitness facilities. The exterior will feature a large covered entrance and a combination of fiber cement, brick and metal siding.
