National Construction is building a 13,805 square foot library and community center on the former Landmark mill site anchoring Belleville’s historic downtown district. The layout includes a kitchen, community and training rooms, large gathering space for preschoolers through teens, quiet area for reading, makerspace, study rooms, and public computers. Meeting and training space will be available for community group and business use. In addition to expanded space, the library will be able to offer additional classes and programs for all ages. The new building is designed to meet the needs of the community for years to come.

National Construction is building a 3,510 square foot office for Village of Blue Mounds and the Blue Mounds Police Department. The one-story structure will provide municipal services, support the police department, and serve as the Municipal Court Council Chamber. The building will be wood frame construction with a metal roof, siding and exterior masonry. The layout includes storage space, offices, meeting and conference rooms, as well as a breakroom and various waiting and receiving rooms. The project will also include a new paved parking lot.

National Construction is building a 4 story, 37,571 square foot Baymont Inn & Suites on Coho Street. The hotel will feature 85 rooms and all of the standard hotel amenities including a bar, breakfast area with pantry, and pool, hot tub and fitness facilities. The exterior will feature a large covered entrance and a combination of fiber cement, brick and metal siding.

The overall facelift of three houses each on North Blair and East Gorham Streets includes renovation of the kitchens and bathrooms, and exterior paint, siding and deck reconstruction.

National Construction is building The Eloise, a new wedding venue on County Highway JG just 30 minutes from Madison. The two story, 11,531 square foot venue will feature indoor and outdoor ceremony sites and offer the perfect combination of romantic charm and elegance. The first floor includes a banquet hall accommodating 250 people, storage, an office, bathrooms, a bar, a prep kitchen and a wall of windows that look over a patio and forest. The second floor includes a ceremony space accommodating 200 people and two private wedding party suites with a lounge, hair and makeup stations, private bathrooms, and changing areas.
