National Construction is building a 4,050 square foot warming house for Tyrol Basin, one of southern Wisconsin’s oldest and most noted ski and snowboard destinations. The one story Sprung Structure will be used as a warming house for their new tubing hill. Features will include a bar with storage, lounge, lockers, bathrooms, ticket sales, an office, viewing windows and vestibule with coat rack. The project also includes a gravel parking lot.

National Construction is building a 4 story, 37,571 square foot Baymont Inn & Suites on Coho Street. The hotel will feature 85 rooms and all of the standard hotel amenities including a bar, breakfast area with pantry, and pool, hot tub and fitness facilities. The exterior will feature a large covered entrance and a combination of fiber cement, brick and metal siding.

National Construction is remodeling the Lincoln Contractors Supply/FABRIK Rents sales and service building. A vestibule with new entry doors will be installed, and the sales and service area will be reconfigured with new finishes and a sealed concrete floor. In the vehicle services area, the parts room will be relocated, and JIB cranes will be installed. Lockers will be moved from an existing office area to a newly created locker room, three new bathrooms will be added, and the existing ADA bathrooms will receive new finishes. Other project features include installing fencing at the north end of the building and adding a drive up loading dock, new striping, and additional ADA parking.

An existing house and garage on the site will be demolished, and a 9,593 square foot, one story facility will be constructed. The facility will feature engineered wood siding and trim with stone accents and will contain space for 5 vehicles; a kennel; a warming kitchen; records, training, locker, armory/cleaning and evidence rooms; office and administration space; and intox, processing, interview and consult rooms.
