National Construction is completing an office expansion to accommodate growth of Cleary Building Corp. that includes two additions to the existing headquarters. A 6,480 square foot, three story addition and a 13,231 square foot, two story addition will include expanded office space – both open and private – plus conference rooms, restrooms, mechanical rooms and storage. The additions are designed with a new generation of employees in mind. Interior exposed rafters and ductwork will showcase the company’s building system.

National Construction is completing a 20,895 square foot warehouse addition for Saco Foods, a consumer packaged goods manufacturer. The company is expanding again in response to increased demand for its products during the pandemic and two new, large contracts; National Construction completed another addition in 2018. The new addition will include four loading docks, as well as bathrooms, an office and a mezzanine above for additional storage. The project also includes a new road onto the property.

National Construction is remodeling KEVA Sports Center, a popular indoor recreational facility established in 1999. The project encompasses expansion of the birthday/celebrations room and construction of a new community meeting room, with updated audio/video technology and the ability to connect the two. The kitchen will also be expanded, and the eating area upgraded with a modern aesthetic including a tiered ceiling. Garage doors will be added to the fieldhouse and concessions area, and locker rooms will be reduced. Three additional administration offices will be added as part of a reconfiguration to improve function, and finishes will be updated. Doors and windows will also be added to the exterior.

National Construction is building a 13,805 square foot library and community center on the former Landmark mill site anchoring Belleville’s historic downtown district. The layout includes a kitchen, community and training rooms, large gathering space for preschoolers through teens, quiet area for reading, makerspace, study rooms, and public computers. Meeting and training space will be available for community group and business use. In addition to expanded space, the library will be able to offer additional classes and programs for all ages. The new building is designed to meet the needs of the community for years to come.

National Construction is building a 4 story, 37,571 square foot Hotel of the Arts Baymont Inn & Suites on Coho Street. The hotel will feature 85 rooms and all of the standard hotel amenities including a bar, breakfast area with pantry, and pool, hot tub and fitness facilities. The exterior will feature a large covered entrance and a combination of fiber cement, brick and metal siding.

National Construction is remodeling six houses between downtown Madison and the University that are more than 100 years old. The overall facelift of three houses each on North Blair and East Gorham Streets includes renovation of the kitchens and bathrooms, and exterior paint, siding and deck reconstruction.

National Construction is building The Eloise, a new wedding venue on County Highway JG just 30 minutes from Madison. The two story, 11,531 square foot venue will feature indoor and outdoor ceremony sites and offer the perfect combination of romantic charm and elegance. The first floor includes a banquet hall accommodating 250 people, storage, an office, bathrooms, a bar, a prep kitchen and a wall of windows that look over a patio and forest. The second floor includes a ceremony space accommodating 200 people and two private wedding party suites with a lounge, hair and makeup stations, private bathrooms, and changing areas.
