National Construction is remodeling 1,838 square feet of the former church known as Forester Hall into the new location of Faded Roots Boutique, which sells eclectic fashion and jewelry for women. The approximately 4,800 square foot building dates to 1867 and will be thoroughly updated, including masonry repairs and a refinished tin ceiling. Other improvements will include new windows, doors, insulation, drywall, flooring and paint, plus a new spiral staircase and parking lot. Additionally, electric, plumbing, and HVAC will be updated. The new space will provide more retail and storage space for Faded Roots as well as room for future expansion.
