This brick building in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, was built in 1912 as the Reilly Bros. Farm Implement Store and served many other functions throughout its history. Now part of a new tax increment district (TID) in the village, the project was one of several downtown redevelopment projects led by National Construction. Renovation of the second floor, christened Martinson Hall, has been completed and features a new patio on the south side, overlooking the Military Ridge Bike Trail. Further build-out of the first floor of the 11,080 square foot building is planned following tenancy, potentially by a restaurant, bar or retail business, and can include a commercial kitchen.
