National Construction built out approximately 8,500 square feet for Office Furniture Warehouse, the tenant of a building owned by repeat client IA Management. Work included adding two bathrooms, a vestibule, and a kitchenette, as well as a loading dock, dock leveler, new doors and ceiling fans. Additional improvements included plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, insulation, drywall, paint and flooring. This new location will allow the business to grow.
