This independently owned and operated Madison furniture store, La-Z-y Boy, needed extensive exterior and interior renovation. This 15,000 square foot remodel included bathrooms, new wall displays, ceiling elements, light fixtures and flooring, plus an additional 50 floor outlets. The exterior of the building received new signage, parapet extension, EIFS repair and paint. Lighting was also added in the parking lot.
