National Construction remodeled the Lincoln Contractors Supply/FABIK Rents sales and service building, a new location with more than double its previous square footage.

A new vestibule with new entry doors was constructed, and the sales and service area was reconfigured and updated with new finishes and a sealed concrete floor. In the vehicle services area, the parts room was relocated, and Jib Cranes were installed.  Lockers were moved from an existing office area to a new locker room, three new bathrooms were added, and the existing ADA bathrooms were updated with new finishes.

Other project features included installing fencing at the north end of the building and adding a drive up loading dock, new striping, and additional ADA parking.
