National Construction remodeled an apartment building on Langdon Street for Mansfield Hall, a collection of living and learning communities for college students with locations in four cities.

The 10,635 square foot project encompassed student rooms, bathrooms, dining areas, offices and common areas, and included:

▪ new cabinets, countertops and shelving
▪ appliances
▪ paint
▪ flooring
▪ lights
▪ ceiling and exhaust fans
▪ an ADA-compliant shower
▪ sinks, toilets, vanities and hardware
▪ updated electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fire protection
▪ complete cleaning and repairs throughout the property.

These improvements made Mansfield Hall a safe, modern and attractive place for students to live.
