National Construction completely renovated what was originally a City of Madison Community Development Authority subsidized housing project. The result is 105 privately owned apartments and 34 owner occupied condominiums with 16 energy efficient floor plans, nestled in a park-like setting adjacent to the Lake Monona bike path.
