National Construction remodeled the Normandy Apartments, located just west of the Hilldale shopping district, to realize the owner’s vision to provide modern apartment living spaces while retaining the classic exterior.

The 280,000 square foot project was completed across three buildings in four phases. In all, 304 apartments were remodeled with new flooring, cabinets, trim, doors, paint, plumbing fixtures and lighting.

National also upgraded the the HVAC systems and electrical, and updated the main office, fitness rooms, and common areas with new doors, flooring, and paint.

These updates increased the value of the apartments for the owner and tenants alike.
