National Construction is remodeling the Normandy Apartments, located just west of the Hilldale shopping district. The owner’s vision is to provide modern apartment living spaces and retain the classic Normandy exterior. Apartment and common area remodeling will be completed in phases and include new flooring, cabinets, trim, doors, paint, lighting and electrical, plumbing fixtures, and an upgraded HVAC system. The office and fitness room will also be remodeled.
