National Construction remodeled the Normandy Apartments, located just west of the Hilldale shopping district. The owner’s vision was to provide modern apartment living spaces while retaining the classic Normandy exterior.

The project was completed in two buildings over three phases. In all, 160 apartments were remodeled with new flooring, cabinets, trim, doors, paint, plumbing fixtures and lighting. The HVAC systems and electrical were also upgraded.

The main office, fitness rooms, and common areas received new doors, flooring, and paint.

These updates increased the value of the apartments for the owner and tenants alike.
