National Construction remodeled nationally recognized Fosdal Home Bakery. The small-town bakery has been in business since 1939. Workspace was improved to accommodate a new freezer and enhance workflow. Heating, cooling, lighting and interior finishes were updated in the production area, and a failing addition was removed. New foundations, exterior envelope, wood floor trusses, substrate, siding and roofing were installed, enhancing the bakery’s storage and delivery operations. Finally, a new concrete ramp, railing and stairs improved accessibility of its Main Street entrance.
