National Construction is building a new 8,700 square foot town hall and garage for the Town of Rutland. This pre-engineered metal building will feature a 3,700 square foot town hall with a large meeting space, offices, storage, a utility room and bathrooms. The town hall will connect to the 5,000 square foot garage, which will have a large work area, an office, and a bathroom. The project will provide more effective equipment storage and separate, multipurpose space for other essential town business.
