National Construction is restoring an approximately 1,600 square foot rental residence on West Washington Avenue in Madison that was damaged by fire.

National will gut the home and add structural supports, new trusses, a shingle roof and a railing. Other improvements include new insulation and sound barriers; flooring, trim, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and interior/exterior doors; countertops and shower panels in both bathrooms; plus all-new siding and windows.
